Before working in technology, I served as an Emergency Medical Technician, where I learned to remain calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and understand that every decision can impact someone’s day—or even their life.

Although my career shifted into IT, that same mindset has never changed. Whether I’m troubleshooting a workstation, restoring a server, or securing cloud infrastructure, I approach technology as a professoinal service that’s built on trust, reliability, and helping people succeed overall.
